Hi, I’m Ben McCormack. I’ve been in the tech space over a decade, built support teams at Trello and FullStory, and am currently the Director of Member Experience at Saltbox.

This newsletter is about customers. It's about other things, too, but it's mostly about customers.

I love to learn. Much of what you’ll read is me sharing what I’ve learned about an interesting topic or idea, usually as it relates to customer experience & support, systems thinking, and start-ups.
